Bayou City Fellowship Women’s Ministries exists to disciple all women in their faith toward a life of devotion to Jesus. We recognize that we live in local and global communities that desperately need the gospel of Jesus and seek to equip all women who come to Bayou City Fellowship to live fully in the love of God, in pursuit of holiness and in fulfillment of the Great Commission by growing in relationship with Him.

Join Bayou City Women for an evening of worship with our worship team and teaching by Beth Moore, where our women and their friends can gather to learn together. Our upcoming RISE event is May 9th from 7 to 9pm at the Foundry on Jones Road (8350 Jones Road, Houston 77065). Doors open at 6:30pm. Tickets are free but limited and are available on Sunday mornings April 30th and May 7th at our Spring Branch and Cypress locations. If you have questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
On June 16th and 17th, the Overflow 2017 Conference will be held at our Bayou City Fellowship Cypress campus for women parenting on their own and their children. At Overflow, women will experience a time of encouragement, inspiration, connection to other women in similar life circumstances, and time for drawing closer to Christ. Women parenting on their own – who are separated, widowed, divorced, adoptive, fostering, have never married, have husbands stationed overseas in the military or other circumstances – are invited to join us for a special weekend with featured speaker Lisa Harper, breakout sessions, worship and more – including a wonderful Christ-centered program for kids and middle school students.
You can help by inviting a single mom or woman parenting on her own who you might know to come! Over 80% of past attendees have come because someone invited them! You also have an opportunity to VOLUNTEER at the conference and to DONATE to sponsor a scholarship! Even more importantly, would you please pray for God to bless Overflow with His loving presence and grace?
Our primary season for Bible Studies is Summer. All women of Bayou City Fellowship’s two campuses, Cypress and Spring Branch, join together along with their friends and do the same study in small groups all across the city.
From time to time, there are small group studies in the Fall or Spring semester. For more information on these click the appropriate campus below.
Life Together is a new avenue of discipleship at Bayou City Fellowship. We want to be known as women who follow Jesus wholeheartedly, know Him deeply and are on a co-mission with Him, empowered by the Holy Spirit. We believe that community and doing life together is essential in succeeding to encourage each other to continue abiding in Christ. Life Together is open to any woman who desires to grow closer in her relationship with Jesus and in fellowship with other women.
Wisdom for Women
Wisdom for Women gatherings take on the form of an informal panel discussion with a few more mature women sharing from their lives and experiences. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and get to know other women from our church and community. Our desire is that multi-generational relationships will form organically through these opportunities. Meetings run monthly from September to May.
Square One is a place where new moms with babies 0-6 months find friendship, mentorship, acceptance, and encouragement while seeking God’s guidance for new parenthood. We have groups that run in Spring Branch and Cypress locations. Our Cypress and Spring Branch groups will start meeting again soon, so make plans to jump in and get to know some amazing women from Bayou City Fellowship and the city.
Known is a ministry for moms of young children. Motherhood is a time of great blessing and can often get isolating. As we spend our days pouring into our families, we are sometimes left feeling as if we too need to be seen or get our tanks filled. Known is a safe place for moms seeking authentic relationships. It’s a place for friendships that accepts and love each other through all our shortcomings as God knows and loves us, encouraging each other to become the women and moms God has called us to be. Starting in September we will have groups in Katy, Spring Branch and Cypress. You will have one playdate and one moms night per month.
AFTER THE BOXES
After the Boxes is a place for women who have recently relocated, whether to another town, another state, or even a new church to find community and a way to propel into a their new season.
