Dear Bayou City Family,
The situation with the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) has been elevated with the emergency health declaration by the City of Houston and Harris County. Health officials are now requesting that organizations consider suspending large public gatherings to help prevent the spread of the virus.
Bayou City elders and staff leadership have prayerfully determined that we should move our Sunday gatherings online at this time. Church-sponsored gatherings including Community Groups, studies, and events on Bayou City campuses are cancelled for the next two weeks.
This determination has been made out of consideration for what is the best way to serve and love our city in this moment. Please continue to pray that Jesus would eradicate the virus altogether. Also, please ask him to protect the health of our congregation so that we can all be fully available for service to people who may be ill and isolated in the coming days.
Be sure to join us online at 10am this Sunday at bayoucityfellowship.com for a time of worship and a message from Pastor Curtis.
